Sales Associate Keyholder

Overview

PHOENIX PHOENIX Retail, LLC operates the Express and Bonobos brands worldwide. Express focuses on modern, confident, and effortless style for various occasions, while Bonobos is known for exceptional fit and personalized retail. Both brands have extensive retail presence, including over 400 stores, online platforms, and Guideshops.

Responsibilities

• Performs opening and closing procedures such as balancing registers, preparing deposits, and activating the security system
• Maintains a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stockroom
• Assists with product launch changes according to company SOP
• Processes transactions quickly and accurately
• Positively resolves customer service-related issues
• Drives credit and loyalty member programs

Required Experience & Qualifications

• High School or Equivalent Education
• 0-2 years of relevant job experience, minimum 6 months
• Proficient in using technology (iPad, registers)
• Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours
• Physical requirements met

Critical Skills & Attributes

• Previous retail experience preferred
• Customer service skills and ability to interact with customers
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team

Pay Range

$17.25 - $23.10 per hour
