Associate Dentist

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health issues
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients
• Perform a variety of dental procedures, including restorative and cosmetic work
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventative care
• Collaborate with a team of dental hygienists and support staff to ensure seamless patient care
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in dental technology and methodology

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
• Active enrollment in an accepted College is also considered
• Current and valid dental license to practice in the state
• Experience as a General Dentist or Associate Dentist preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong clinical skills and a deep understanding of various dental procedures
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to foster patient relationships
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dental team in a fast-paced environment
