About the role

Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join their established Concord, North Carolina practice. The position offers an excellent opportunity for a comprehensive clinician to practice the full scope of general dentistry in a collaborative environment with a strong patient base and experienced team.

Responsibilities

• Perform a full range of general dentistry procedures including restorative, surgical, endodontic, and implant procedures.
• Utilize advanced technology such as CBCT, digital scanners, intraoral cameras, and digital radiography.
• Collaborate with a dedicated hygiene team and a Practice Manager and Treatment Coordinator for support.
• Participate in a collaborative clinical culture with mentorship and regional specialist support.

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD).
• Absolutely active North Carolina dental license (or ability to obtain).
• Passion for comprehensive patient care.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
