About the role

This role advances people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. It involves collaborating with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for students and faculty, resolving complaints constructively
  • Lead hiring and performance management to foster teaching excellence
  • Oversee implementation of the college's strategic plan for the division
  • Assist in developing new programs and ensure compliance with accreditation requirements
  • Promote and evaluate baccalaureate and other assigned programs
  • Cook up with various departments to enhance dual credit and honors offerings
  • Coordinate with various departments to enhance dual credit and honors offerings
  • Develop class schedules while ensuring adherence to academic policies

Qualifications

  • Master's degree from an accredited institution
  • Five years of higher education experience with two years in an administrative role
  • Preferred: Doctoral degree from an accredited institution
  • Preferred: One year of teaching experience in higher education
  • Strong knowledge of program development and budget management
