The Data Science & Analytics team at Jerry.ai is seeking 4-6 talented individuals to join our rapidly growing organization. Our team is a force multiplier and accelerant to our business, helping us reach pivotal milestones despite headwinds and within a highly competitive market.

Responsibilities

• Define the right problems: Understand business questions and inform decision-making across product, growth, tech, and operations.
• Drive outcomes: Surface analytical insights, drive decisions, and ensure they are executed effectively.
• Own execution: Work closely with product, growth, finance, and operations teams to deliver impactful results.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
• Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact.
• Clear, persuasive communicator who can influence decisions at the leadership level.

Qualifications

• First principles thinker: Break ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses before touching data.
• Direct communicator: Walk stakeholders through complex findings and secure buy-in quickly.
• Owner mentality: Feel responsible for fixing issues, even if they are outside of your direct responsibility.
