About the role

The Data Science & Analytics team at Jerry.ai is seeking 4-6 talented individuals to join our growing team. We are looking for experienced professionals who can drive impact in areas such as growth marketing, product development, AI & automation, and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Define the right problems: Understand business questions and inform decision-making.
• Push back on flawed questions and ensure data-driven insights.
• Build and analyze data to inform key metrics and drive outcomes.
• Communicate findings clearly and persuasively to stakeholders.
• Own the analytical function for a core business area and ensure alignment with broader goals.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
• Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact.
• Clear, persuasive communication to influence decisions at the leadership level.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with SQL or Python.
• Experience with tools such as Clickhouse, Metabase, Python, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub.

Skills

• First principles thinking: Ability to break down problems and define clear hypotheses before analyzing data.
• Direct communication: Effectively convey complex findings to stakeholders and secure buy-in.
