Associate, Creator Affiliate Operations

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage day-to-day operations of TikTok Shop campaigns, including backend setup
• Oversee operations within the Affiliate Center
• Launch campaigns and track performance to ensure opt-in targets are met
• Support and optimize active campaigns to maximize performance and creator engagement
• Support and grow the creator community through active engagement
• Conduct creator outreach and maintain strong ongoing relationships with creators
• Learning and applying existing and new AI tools to maximize speed and efficiency
• Coinciding product shipments to creators

About You

• You’re passionate about TikTok Shop and social commerce
• You have excellent communication skills, enjoy collaborating with creators, and are comfortable using data to inform decisions
• You are also comfortable using a variety of computer programs and tools that drive automation and help scale results, including AI platforms, Google Workspace, and other modern productivity and workflow systems
• You’re highly organized and capable of managing multiple high-priority campaigns and projects at once, seeing each through from start to finish

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing or operations
• A TikTok user who is informed on current trends and features
• Direct experience managing TikTok Shop is a big plus
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, must be confident working with data and formulas
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to connect with creators
• Detail-oriented, organized and able manage tasks and priorities
• Thrives in a fast-moving and dynamic environment

• Relevant experience with a company or agency

Pay & Benefits

This position offers a salary range of $70,000 - $75,000 USD per year, full-time with benefits, and stock option eligibility. The position is based in Los Angeles and is primarily in-office with hybrid flexibility as approved by your manager.
