Responsibilities
- Drive brand and identity work across various initiatives
- Lead productions from concept to post-production for video and photo work
- Develop end-to-end creative campaigns, from concepting to final production
- Research design trends and cultural shifts to inform creative strategies
- Mentor and inspire a team of designers and producers
- Collaborate with marketing teammates to define project scope
- Refined team workflows and processes for efficient creative output
Qualifications
- 7+ years marketing experience; higher education experience preferred
- 5+ years of experience managing a design team, preferably at an agency
- Bachelor's degree in design or corresponding field
- Understanding of higher-ed recruitment and marketing best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; English fluency
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
