This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation in the healthcare space. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Deliver innovative creative work while influencing peers
- Lead projects from inception to completion following strategic guidelines
- Prepare documentation for editorial fact-check and LMR review
- Present and defend creative work to clients
- Manage project changes and resolve queries during review routes
- Understand and incorporate client strategic and financial objectives into projects
- Develop strong client relationships and empower junior creatives to shine
- Manage multiple projects and create an efficient workflow
- Communicate effectively with teams to ensure project timelines are met
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, writing, or equivalent field is preferred
- Minimum 9 years of creative copywriting experience
- At least 3 years of experience in pharma writing
- Experience in market access/patient support writing is preferred
- Proven leadership experience in mentoring junior creatives
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical and medical device industries required
- Ability to create diverse media formats including interactive and print projects
Pay
$120,000 – $175,000 annually
