About the Position
We're looking for someone part time proficient in:
Responsibilities
- Concept Development: Translating client objectives into strategic experiential concepts, attendee journeys, and thematic narratives that solve business challenges and event objectives
- Creative Direction: Owning the overall creative vision across assigned projects, ensuring every touchpoint supports a cohesive attendee experience and reflects the client's goals
- Strategy & Rationale: Articulating the thinking behind creative decisions. Connecting concepts to client priorities, audience needs, and measurable outcomes
- Pitch Development: Leading the creative development of proposals and presentations that clearly communicate concepts and support new business
- Client Leadership: Presenting creative work with confidence, facilitating productive discussions, and building trusted client relationships through thoughtful feedback and strategic guidance
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering with strategy, account, design, and production teams to develop concepts that are both creatively ambitious and executable
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience bridging strategy, design, and execution
- Proficiency in concept development, creative direction, strategy & rationale, pitch development, client leadership, and cross-functional collaboration
Schedule
Hours per week / month would be discussed internally in a schedule that works mutually for both parties. Estimated time spend is anywhere from 10-20 hours a week depending on work load.
