Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of integrated campaign concepts across digital and print channels, including social, web, email, video, and display
  • Translate brand strategy and business goals into innovative, insight-driven creative ideas that are strong and executable
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with copy, UX, strategy, account, and production teams to deliver cohesive campaigns
  • Present creative concepts to internal stakeholders and clients, articulating rationale and guiding revisions through feedback cycles
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while sustaining high creative standards and adherence to pharma regulatory requirements (MLR, fair balance, approved claims)

Qualifications

  • Highly specialized portfolio firmly rooted in pharmaceutical advertising, demonstrating exceptional ACD-level conceptual thinking, compelling visual storytelling (and fully integrated campaign execution across both digital and print)
  • Has an impeccable eye for design, a strong concepting backbone and is super versed in shoots and large campaign
  • Experience developing creativity within pharmaceutical, including familiarity with MLR review processes
  • Solid understanding of Figma, web ecosystems, UX principles, AI platforms, and conversion-focused design strategies
  • Able to work independently, lead creative initiatives, and effectively collaborate across cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments

Compensation

Compensation: $80-$90/hr

Work schedule

3 month Contract with strong potential to extend, remote working EST business hours
