Associate Counsel II - Environmental - (Employment Contract)

Duties And Responsibilities

• Conducts legal research and analysis, staying updated on relevant laws, regulations, and precedents affecting the utility industry.
• Drafts and reviews complex legal documents and discovery responses under the supervision of an attorney, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Assists in the development, review, and implementation of corporate policies, procedures, and internal controls to mitigate legal and regulatory risks.
• Provides legal guidance in regulatory areas such as environmental, ethics, industrial safety, and employment.
• Provides advice and counsel to management and project teams on legal and regulatory issues and related strategy.
• Drafts contracts, legal opinions, agreements, and other legal documents as needed.

Job Details

Pay Range: $55.53 - $87.74 / hour
