Key Responsibilities
- Lead month-end and year-end close, including multi-entity consolidation
- Oversee financial reporting, ensuring GAAP compliance and accuracy
- Manage external audit process and serve as primary audit liaison
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis
- Drive process improvements, internal controls, and system enhancements
- Provide technical accounting guidance on complex transactions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting + CPA required
- 6–10+ years of experience (Big 4 audit preferred)
- Strong GAAP and financial reporting expertise across multiple entities
- Experience in real estate, development, or related industries preferred
Compensation
$130k–$145k + 24% target bonus (plus upside potential)
