Associate Consultant – Logistics & Distribution (Supply Chain Transformation)

Responsibilities

• Support client projects focused on logistics, distribution, and supply chain transformation
• Audit current-state supply chain and distribution processes to identify opportunities for improvement
• Design future state strategies, tech, and process transformation
• Contribute to the development of transformation monitoring platforms and performance tracking approaches
• Support initiatives involving Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and related cross-functional technologies
• Translate business requirements into process and system improvement recommendations
• Analyze operational/process data to support insights and decision-making
• Create and lead teams through the creation of client-ready deliverables, presentations, and end-to-end project delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across business and technical teams

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in logistics, distribution, supply chain operations, or supply chain transformation
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (all disciplines considered), Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field
• Familiarity with supply chain transformation programs and process improvement initiatives
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation management systems (TMS), and other cross-functional enterprise systems
• Strong problem-solving, communication, project & stakeholder management, and team leadership skills
• Client-first mentality, intense work ethic, collaborative spirit, and problem-solving approach

Qualifications

• Proven track record in managing and delivering transformation projects spanning strategy & business technology
• Experience in both Strategy & business technology (BT)/systems-enabled transformation work
• Experience building or supporting monitoring tools/platforms for operational or transformation performance
• Familiarity with process refinement and continuous improvement across internal supply chain operations
• Experience in industries such as manufacturing, retail, distribution, or other operational environments
