Associate Consultant

About the role

Kx Advisors is seeking an ambitious and motivated Associate Consultant to join our team. We provide strategic support to executives at leading Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, and Health IT companies. Our work involves leveraging primary research, data analysis, and knowledge from previous engagements to assist in critical commercial decisions for Global 500 corporations in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

• Support engagements by driving the research and fact-gathering process
• Analyze and synthesize findings
• Develop deliverables for clients
• Contribute to engagement teams through the creation of creative and impactful presentations
• Directly interact with clients and senior-level leadership
• Distill actionable insights from research using relevant quantitative techniques and analytical frameworks
• Communicate conclusions effectively to clients through creative and impactful presentations

Requirements

• Demonstrated academic achievement at a four-year college or university
• 0-2 years of relevant internship or project-based work experience in strategy consulting or market research
• Ability to work in teams and exhibit excellent communication skills, confidence, and a 'can-do' attitude
• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year accredited college or university in any discipline
• Experience gathering primary and secondary research through various methodologies
• Success in analyzing and synthesizing information to draw accurate, logical, and actionable conclusions
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Foreign language skills preferred but not required
• Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word)

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree from a 4-year accredited college or university in any discipline, with 0-2 years of relevant internship or project-based work experience in strategy consulting or market research. Demonstrated success in gathering primary and secondary research, analyzing and synthesizing information, and communicating conclusions effectively are also required.

Benefits

Kx Advisors offers medical, dental, and vision healthcare benefits for eligible roles. The salary range for this position is $86,000 base plus bonus eligibility. However, actual salaries are influenced by factors such as experience, education, training, and organizational needs.
