Associate - Construction - Orlando

Position Summary

Shutts & Bowen’s Orlando office is seeking an associate with 3 to 7 years of litigation experience to join its Construction Litigation Practice Group. The associate will work closely with 2 Board Certified Construction partners who represent a wide variety of clients in complex, large dollar construction disputes. The ideal candidate will love being in the courtroom and have the ability to cover hearings and depositions independently.

Requirements

• Top academic credentials and excellent litigation skills is highly preferred.
• The candidate will work in a collaborative environment and must be organized, diligent, and comfortable in court.
• Candidate must be a member of the Florida Bar.
• Candidate must have relevant complex litigation experience, ideally with a focus on Construction matters.

Qualifications

• This is an in-office position based in either our Tampa or Orlando offices.
