Associate Commodity Manager

About the role

As an Associate Commodity Manager in North Andover, you will help manage purchasing activities for the Procurement & Supply Chain department within the Energy & Natural Resources industry. You will work with commodity information and supplier needs to help the business make informed buying decisions.

Responsibilities

• Review commodity needs and purchasing information to support day-to-day buying decisions.
• Work with suppliers to gather pricing, product, and availability details.
• Maintain accurate commodity and supplier records for procurement activities.
• Track market and supplier updates and share relevant information with the Procurement & Supply Chain team.
• Help prepare purchasing data and reports that support commodity planning.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to clarify material needs and timing.
• Support supplier communications to help address order-related questions.
• Contribute to purchasing activities that meet business requirements in the Energy & Natural Resources industry.

Requirements

• Experience with procurement, purchasing, or supply chain activities.
• Ability to review supplier, pricing, and commodity information.
• Experience maintaining accurate purchasing records and reports.
• Ability to communicate clearly with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Comfort working with data to support purchasing decisions.
• Ability to manage priorities and follow through on procurement tasks.

Pay

Salary of $70,000 to $80,000.
