Compensation Range

This is a commission-only position. The average full-time fully ramped Market Manager earns $120k-200k+ per year. There is no cap on earnings.

Requirements

• An active and unrestricted Arizona real estate license and are located in the Greater Houston area
• 3+ years of experience as a licensed real estate agent
• 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring real estate agents
• A proven ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting or exceeding production targets
• Demonstrated ability to effectively recruit and coach a team, develop skills, and produce results
• Strong communication skills to engage with customers and colleagues - both written and verbal
