Responsibilities
- Assists in designing, developing, documenting, testing, debugging, and maintenance of hardware- or software-based CNO capabilities.
- Applies knowledge of security concepts and networks to support troubleshooting or providing solutions.
- Communicates status with more senior staff and customers.
- Continuously researches and improves proficiency in tools, techniques, countermeasures, and trends in computer network development.
- Takes direction from more senior personnel.
- Collaborates with other CNO Developers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and 0+ years of experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 4+ years of experience OR Associate’s degree and 2+ years of experience OR Master’s Degree and 0+ years, OR a PhD with 0 years of progressively responsible experience.
- Proficiency in Python and C/C++ programming.
- Proficiency in low-level internals in one or more technology areas (e.g., Windows, Linux, Mobile, Network devices).
- Proficiency with networking (TCP/IP) and socket level programming.

- Must be a U.S. citizen.
