Associate Clinical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy for teens and their families
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments (with support and independently over time)
• Collaborate with the clinical team during weekly treatment meetings
• Participate in weekly training track supervision to deepen your understanding of acute care
• Attend individual supervision when managing assigned cases
• Support case management and collaborate on discharge planning
• Partner with Residential Counselors to reinforce effective behavioral interventions
• Co-facilitate—and eventually lead—DBT skills groups
• Complete treatment plans, weekly reviews, and all required clinical documentation

Requirements

We're looking for someone who’s curious, motivated, and ready to learn—someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while staying grounded and client-centered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work
• Active BBS associate number (AMFT, ACSW, or APCC)
• Willingness to travel between Danville, Lafayette, and Walnut Creek locations with occasional travel to Sacramento (mileage reimbursed)

$36–38/hour

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (full-time, onsite)
