About the Role
This position is a field-based role in the Cardiac Rhythm Management division, located in Brooklyn/Staten Island, NY. As part of a global leader in Cardiac Rhythm Technologies, you'll focus on innovative solutions for treating heart arrhythmias.
Responsibilities
- Clinical Interface: Act as a liaison between the medical community and the business.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain credible business relationships with customers, sharing product expertise.
- Comprehensive Support: Provide engineering, sales, education, and clinical support for CRM products, demonstrating thorough knowledge of products, trends, and industry players.
- Training and Education: Develop, lead, and facilitate training sessions on CRM products for healthcare professionals.
- Sales Support: Offer backup support to CRM Sales Representatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Bio-Medical Engineering, related field, or equivalent healthcare experience.
- 0-2 years of related experience or program certification from an accredited cardiac training program.
- Capability to obtain certification in CRM products.
- Knowledge of cardiology, electro-physiology, or cardiac electro-physiology procedures.
- Familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures.
- Advanced knowledge of cardiac pacing systems.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent software.
Pay
The base pay for this position is $55,300.00 – $110,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary.
