Associate Clinical Recruiter

About the Role

The Associate Clinical Recruiter plays a key role in supporting clinical recruitment efforts nationally. This position involves sourcing and screening candidates to fulfill staffing needs, particularly focusing on permanent and PRN/1099 clinicians. The role contributes to strengthening clinical teams by ensuring adequate staffing and supporting recruitment operations through collaboration and communication with leadership and recruiters.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for clinical roles across multiple sites
• Collaborate with recruiters and on-site liaisons at client hospitals
• Manage contract negotiations to close candidates effectively
• Document recruitment activities accurately in the contact management system
• Generate candidate leads for permanent full-time, part-time, PRN, and 1099 positions
• Respond promptly to lead shares and referrals
• Maintain relationships with regional leadership and recruitment teams
• Support and develop clinical sourcing specialists
• Gather market intelligence through professional networks
• Assist with compensation surveys and recruitment reporting
• Manage recruitment-related projects and strategize accordingly
• Coordinate logistics for on-site interviews including itineraries and travel arrangements

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in recruiting, sourcing, or related sales/healthcare roles
• Ability to work remotely with up to 15% travel
• Preference for candidates working in Central or Eastern Time Zones
