About the Role
The Department of Electrical Engineering seeks qualified individuals for its clinical associate professor position. The role involves teaching courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels in electrical engineering and providing academic advising to undergraduate students.
Responsibilities
- Teach courses in electrical engineering at undergraduate and graduate levels.
- Provide academic advising to undergraduate students.
- Conduct research on, work on, or have the ability to access critical organizational infrastructure while maintaining its security and integrity.
Requirements
- PhD in Electrical Engineering or closely related fields, or a minimum of 18 graduate credit hours directly related to the assigned course(s). Additional consideration may be given for equivalent applied experience in accordance with faculty credentialing guidelines.
- Meets the criteria outlined in UNT Policy 06.005.
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry experience.
