Primary Responsibilities
- Work with assigned COS to grow, maintain & support existing customers
- Cultivate and maintain key relationships with key personnel at assigned Oncology accounts
- Analyze and monitor patient testing to ensure patients remain on the protocol prescribed by the Oncologist
- Achieve expertise on all Natera Oncology products and processes
- Educate medical professionals on the tools and resources provided by Natera
- Maintain internal reports of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to patient retention and fulfilled order volume
- Partner with internal stakeholders such as sales reps, patient coordinators, territory managers, etc., to achieve the best outcomes for the patient and the provider
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associate’s degree with minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
- Medical assistant, clinical support, patient liaison or nursing background
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
- Knowledge, skills, and abilities including strategic thinking, flexibility, self-motivation, interpersonal and analytical skills, effective communication, time management, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to learn new software and reporting systems
Pay
Total on-target earnings package includes a competitive base salary paired with uncapped, quarterly commissions. Compensation package also offers a car allowance and Restricted Stock Units. The compensation package listed is for 1st year OTE, which are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate.
