About the role

PHM is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare administration, experience in managing complex medical cases, and excellent communication skills. This position requires someone who can work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and provide strategic support to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in navigating the healthcare system to obtain the best care and outcomes for their medical conditions.
  • Manage complex medical cases, providing comprehensive support and guidance to clients.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to build trust and loyalty.
  • Provide strategic support to clients, including but not limited to, understanding their needs, identifying potential solutions, and implementing effective strategies.
  • Stay updated with the latest healthcare trends, advancements, and regulations to provide informed advice to clients.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare administration or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to handle complex situations and provide effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with healthcare information systems.

  • Experience working with clients in complex medical cases.
  • Knowledge of healthcare policies, regulations, and standards.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare terminology and concepts.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
