As an Associate, you will manage engagements from start to finish, coordinate with experts, and ensure projects deliver clear, actionable insights. The anticipated start date is September 8, 2026. No two days are the same – you may help a hedge fund gain insights from a European airline veteran one day, and coordinate a consultation with a former Fortune 10 C‑suite executive to inform a client’s eCommerce strategy the next.

  • Coordinate consultations to ensure smooth communication and delivery of client objectives into research plans and timelines.

  • Make informed decisions about expert selection, project scheduling, and outreach strategy.
  • Collaborate with teams worldwide to ensure projects meet client expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with a minimum GPA of 3.5.
  • 6–18 months of professional experience; internships or roles demonstrating client engagement or problem‑solving are a plus.
  • Authorization to work in the United States (including F‑1 visa holders with STEM OPT).

Qualifications

  • Strong interest in supporting Tier 1 or Tier 2 global management consulting firms on commercial due diligence, growth strategy, market assessments, operational improvement, or similar engagements.
  • Understanding of the pace, service expectations, and relationship management required to support consulting clients.
  • Demonstrated initiative or leadership in academic, athletic, professional, or extracurricular activities.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication; professional and articulate presence.
  • Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, results‑driven environments.
  • Self‑starter: take initiative, solve problems independently, and follow through reliably.
  • Resilient, resourceful, and unafraid to roll up your sleeves.
  • Motivated by goals and driven by measurable outcomes.

Compensation

Base salary $65,000 with an uncapped monthly bonus; total compensation for high‑performing associates averages $85,000–$115,000.

Benefits

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) plan with a guaranteed 3 % company contribution.
  • Paid vacation, sick leave, and company holidays.
  • Monthly commuting and mobile phone stipends.
