About the role

Our Associates are the driving force behind the transcripts on our platform! We’re redefining how investment research is done by fostering a high-performance culture. By connecting with industry experts, our Associates help grow our content platform and disrupt the status quo in the investment research/expert network industry.

Responsibilities

  • Source and prospect industry experts for our customers on critical, time-sensitive projects.
  • Creatively investigate, identify, and source industry information and experts using various tools.
  • Contact top decision-makers and C-level executives across industries via LinkedIn, email, and phone calls.
  • Connect investors with these decision-makers to help them make the best-informed decisions.
  • Take ownership of multiple projects simultaneously in a performance-driven environment.
  • Control your earnings potential by exceeding quotas and staying ahead of monthly metrics.
  • As you advance and master the role, you have the opportunity to move into customer-facing account management where you will interact daily with global institutional investors & hedge fund managers, leading project management and primary research efforts.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, recruiting, account management, sourcing, or similar - gained through internships, extracurricular leadership, or up to 1–2 years of full-time experience.
  • Comfortable with strategic sourcing and cold outreach - experience preferred but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to engage C-level executives.
  • High energy, enthusiasm and a positive attitude - we have fun here, and want you to as well!
  • Persistence, drive, and a goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to own projects from start to finish.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Coachable, with a strong willingness to learn, adapt and improve.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Up to 1–2 years of full-time experience in sales, recruiting, account management, sourcing, or similar roles.

Pay

Total Compensation Range: $52,500-$71,500 (includes base + uncapped variable incentive)

Full-time position.
