About the role

Serves as a lead for the day-to-day operations of a small- to medium-sized client processing support team, providing work direction and technical assistance on complex matters. Serves as the primary point of contact for clients and assists in communicating needs and issues internally with operating areas and externally with clients. Participates in processing updates to client accounts and company records to ensure they are managed correctly and in a timely manner. Provides support to business and technology managers. Handles complex client inquiries and requests. Identifies, investigates, and resolves escalated and/or complex problems in client accounts or company records. Works closely with technology and systems teams to ensure the system is efficient and incorporates any necessary risk mitigations.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Typically 3+ years of experience in transaction processing or related field within financial services.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.

Pay

The expected base salary for this position when employment commences can be found in the Job Info section at the bottom of the posting. Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.

Schedule

4 day in office expectation.
