About the Role

Infosys is seeking an Associate Practice Client Partner for its Data & Analytics Practice. The Associate Practice Client Partner is responsible for all client interfaces within the assigned account scope. The role involves working with the Practice Client Partner to build account plans and manage client relationships based on those plans.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships, build a portfolio, and own the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close.
  • Drive the sales strategy for data and analytics services, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in a specific vertical.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline, collaborating with vertical sales teams and engaging directly with clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and presenting tailored solutions that align with their strategic objectives.
  • Work closely with internal teams (delivery, consulting, CTO Organization, marketing, and analytics) to align client expectations with service offerings.
  • Collaborate with technology providers and partners to enhance service capabilities and address client needs.
  • Create account plans, including relationships, opportunities, and pricing decisions.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics (revenue attainment, pipeline growth, bottom-line performance) and provide updates to senior management.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize sales effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may substitute for each year of education.
  • 7+ years of experience with strong sales, relationship management, or account management background.
  • Significant business development and project management experience.
  • Track record of interacting and building relationships with C-level client contacts.
  • Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with a wide variety of IT and business consulting engagements.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without employer-based visa sponsorship. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.

  • Knowledge of industry-specific go-to-market solutions.
  • Good understanding of industry-specific business issues and drivers.
  • Experience with the Global Delivery Model.

Pay

Estimated annual salary range for candidates based in the U.S. is $100,000 to $187,000.
