Associate Client Executive, Government
About the role
The Small Government Client Executive is an elite group of sales professionals dedicated to maximizing sales opportunities and protecting revenue across the Small Government segment. The Associate Client Executive will manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts across the country and work to maximize incremental sales opportunities for accounts outside of our renewal window.
Responsibilities
- Meet monthly sales targets and attainment requirements
- Validate customer needs, shape product plans, and drive deals to close
- Supports in developing and executing territory growth strategies in conjunction with partner AEE
- Effectively forecast sales weekly while maintaining a clean SFDC pipeline
- Conduct demonstrations to introduce and position new products/solutions effectively
- Proactively monitor upcoming anniversary customers and identify at-risk accounts (e.g., identifying key triggers for accounts, running analytics reports, following established mitigation plan, and driving success)
- Secure long-term revenue by targeting multi-year contract goals
- Leverage/complement digital tools to drive highly automated and scalable interactions to support stretched coverage (e.g., digital Quarterly Success Review, auto-renewal contracts, etc.)
- Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Communicate with and work with partners to resolve unique customer issues.
Requirements
- Well-developed sales process and negotiation aptitude
- A demonstrated ability to drive high customer contact volume
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Extensive experience in partnership oriented sales positions
- A high degree of professionalism, customer centricity, and flexibility
Qualifications
Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The target total cash compensation range varies across locations. For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the target total cash compensation range for this role is $78,400 USD - $145,600 USD. Pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay and any target sales incentive are part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs. Target total cash compensation ranges are inclusive of both base pay and any target sales incentive.
