  • Valid Texas Driver License (or ability to obtain before employment).

About the Role

You’re curious, motivated, and ready to learn. You enjoy problem-solving, tackling technical questions, and communicating clearly with colleagues and external contacts. You’re organized, detail-oriented, and excited to see how engineering decisions shape real-world outcomes in neighborhoods, commercial developments, and public infrastructure.

You’ll thrive here if you:

  • Want mentorship and opportunities to expand your engineering skill set.
  • Work well on a team and value collaboration.
  • Like balancing office work, meetings, research, and technical analysis.
