Associate Chiropractor

About the role

You'll work alongside industry experts to help relieve patients of their pain and discomfort. Our Associate Chiropractor earns a $90,000 base salary plus performance bonuses (six-figure potential within the first year).

Responsibilities

• Work closely with our in-house doctors to support positive patient health outcomes.
• Learn and properly apply CBP principles (posture rehab, X-ray analysis, corrective care, etc.).
• Perform hands-on chiropractic adjustments.
• Strengthen patient relationships and build trust in you and our practice.
• Contribute to patient satisfaction, high retention, and referrals.
• Attend weekly team trainings.
• Absorb and contribute to marketing activities to help attract new patients.

Requirements

• NJ chiropractic license, eligibility to obtain one, or currently in the process of obtaining one.
• Interest in CBP and evidence-based chiropractic - we will train!
• Ability to build rapport and foster trust with patients.
• Effective communication skills.
• Commitment to showing up, doing an amazing job, and continually growing within the industry.

Qualifications

• New grads welcome - coachability matters more than years!
• Experience is highly valuable, but what's most important is a real drive to learn more, gain new skills, and make a positive difference for our patients.
