Associate Case Installation Specialist- Remote, 8am-5pm PT/MT
New Group Entry
Enter new business submissions, in a timely manner, considering carrier deadlines and designated Priority/Exception Brokers. Enter benefit modifications into Warner Pacific System within SLA for department.
Demonstrate a working knowledge of how to enter groups received via email, mail, hand delivery, PRO Apply, Ease Central and other applicable online enrollment systems.
Enter check entries and follow process to send live checks to the carrier upon request.
Respond to e-mails and phone messages within SLA, SLA will vary depending on time of year.
Support Underwriting
Thoroughly transfer enrollment data from paper applications to carrier specific census enrollments.
Data entry of group and applicant information into Warner Pacific system, if applicable.
Enter group and application information into carrier specific systems.
Run rates in Warner Pacific system and on carrier specific systems.
Match Warner Pacific rates with carrier rates, identifying any discrepancies.
Assemble and close out files for finance approval.
Complete Approvals/Withdrawals/Declines, and E-Mail/Fax appropriate letters to Underwriter within a reasonable time frame.
Maintain current knowledge of carrier guidelines, forms/applications, submission and completion deadlines as it relates to the Case Installation Specialists activities.
Collaboration & Team Support
Work with sales team, brokers, broker’s assistants, carrier contacts, and underwriting to process, obtain and organize necessary information.
Provide team back-up/desk coverage, as needed.
Provide back-up in other areas within the department/company as needed/requested.

Additional Skills and Requirements
- Minimum of a High School Diploma; advanced education or degree preferred.
- Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with others.
- Prior clerical experience, or any combination of education and/or experience, that would provide an equivalent background.
- Ability to understand and demonstrate the use of computer systems, computer programs and office equipment as necessary, including ability to type a minimum of 30-35 wpm and proficiency in the use of a 10 key.
- Ability to work overtime, holidays and weekends as requested by senior management.
- General planning, organizing and time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task and remain calm in pressure situations.
Working Conditions
- While this position allows for remote work, there may be occasional in-office attendance for meetings, team collaborations, and other essential activities.
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, with company-assigned overtime during peak periods, holidays, and weekends as requested by management.
Compensation
Hourly Range: $17.62 - $27.64 per hour.
The actual compensation may vary from posting based on work experience, education, skill level, and/or geographic location.
