Essential Job Functions
- Communicate the vision, mission, and values of Church Unlimited
- Lead, serve, and support during weekend services and special events
- Aid in the strategic, management, development, and growth of campus ministry
- Manage parking teams for weekend services
- Oversee event logistics, facilities coordination, and campus preparedness
- Ensure excellence in facility cleanliness, presentation, and environment
- Track and report operational metrics related to service readiness and volunteer deployment
- Collaborate with Ministry Support leadership for alignment of systems and goals
- Serve as a visible campus leader during weekend services and events
- Teach in small, medium, and large group settings
- Support pastoral care needs of the campus
- Other duties as assigned.
- Volunteer leaders for Parking and Operations
- Oversight and development of operational volunteer team leads
Requirements
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in event management, operations, or hospitality
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple teams and projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-campus ministry environment
- Alignment with Church Unlimited’s mission, values, and commitment to excellence
