Associate Campus Pastor - Operations

Essential Job Functions

• Communicate the vision, mission, and values of Church Unlimited
• Lead, serve, and support during weekend services and special events
• Aid in the strategic, management, development, and growth of campus ministry
• Manage parking teams for weekend services
• Oversee event logistics, facilities coordination, and campus preparedness
• Ensure excellence in facility cleanliness, presentation, and environment
• Track and report operational metrics related to service readiness and volunteer deployment
• Collaborate with Ministry Support leadership for alignment of systems and goals
• Serve as a visible campus leader during weekend services and events
• Teach in small, medium, and large group settings
• Support pastoral care needs of the campus
• Other duties as assigned.

• Volunteer leaders for Parking and Operations
• Oversight and development of operational volunteer team leads

Requirements

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in event management, operations, or hospitality
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple teams and projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-campus ministry environment
