Associate Buyer - Headwear

About the role

As an Associate Buyer - Headwear, you will be responsible for sourcing and negotiating deals on headwear products to support the company's inventory needs. This role requires strong negotiation skills, market knowledge, and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify new suppliers and negotiate favorable terms for headwear products.
• Research and analyze market trends to inform purchasing decisions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure product availability and meet sales targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in buying or procurement roles.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Experience in the fashion or retail industry is preferred.

Pay

The base salary for this position is $50,000 per year.

Schedule

This role is full-time and works Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
