Join our team as an Associate Business Intelligence Analyst in a dynamic, hybrid work environment. This contract role involves supporting business decisions through data analysis and reporting, utilizing a variety of business intelligence tools.
Responsibilities
- Create and update basic reports and dashboards following standard procedures.
- Identify trends or patterns and prepare ongoing reports to support business decisions.
- Partner with senior staff to define specifications for reports and analysis.
- Support team projects and initiatives, ensuring adherence to data governance procedures.
- Produce actionable reports showing key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in a generic database query language, including query optimization.
- Experience designing scalable dashboards and self-service reporting solutions.
- Skill in communicating data analysis and visualizations to nontechnical audiences.
