Responsibilities
- Assisting in the development, testing, and delivery of services/products
- Analyzing existing offerings, preparing technical documentation, and recommending upgrades
- Conducting market research to do a comparative analysis of competitor offerings and provide recommendations for developing a more effective product/service
- Identifying user/client requirements for a product or service and defining technical specifications
- Preparing technical documentation and sharing them with senior analysts and technical teams
- Supporting senior analysts by fulfilling their data requests, preparing reports, and providing technical assistance
- Participating in initiatives to improve processes efficiency and employee productivity

Power BI Expertise – Advanced experience developing, maintaining, and enhancing Power BI reports and dashboards, with strong capability in Power Query, DAX measures, and calculated columns to deliver meaningful business insights.
SQL & Snowflake Technical Skills – Strong SQL proficiency with hands-on experience querying, transforming, and analyzing data within Snowflake and other modern data environments.
Agile Delivery & Azure DevOps Experience – Experience working in Agile environments, utilizing Azure DevOps to manage work items, track progress, support sprint delivery, and drive continuous improvement.
Additional Information
- This position requires the successful candidate to work full time, 5 days per week in the Nashville main office.
- Compensation & Benefits Summary: Pay Range: $74,124.00 - $118,608.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
