Associate Business Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Aid in defining, developing, and deploying data, analytics and reporting products and services that integrate and convey complex data/information.
• Maintain a data catalog to provide key data sources to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop Business Intelligence (BI) visualizations and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by configuring BI software and performing data cleansing and mapping from various systems.
• Investigate and troubleshoot system and configuration issues impacting data quality and reporting.
• Liaise with senior team members, IT and Business Operations on more complex data issues and configuration.
• Draft detailed process documentation for data collection, mapping, validation, analysis, and visualization.
• Document and deliver end-user training, work instructions and job aides.

Qualifications

• University Degree (Equivalent to bachelor's degree) in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer, Science, Finance or a related discipline.
• Experience in data, and statistical analysis strongly preferred.
• Strong in Microsoft Excel and Power BI, data management and data integration skills with an ability to organize, analyze and correlate data information.
• Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across the globe and in a virtual work environment.

Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 to $75,000 USD and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 5% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
