As Associate Brand Director, Masterbrand Equity and Strategy, Dove Men Personal Care, you will own the evolution of this vision, shaping how Dove Men+Care shows up in culture, connects with modern men, and drives both cultural relevance and business growth. This is a highly visible, high-impact role with direct exposure across senior leadership, North America, and Global teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Masterbrand equity, long-term strategic direction, and premiumization efforts required to scale toward our 2030 ambition.
  • Spearhead the evolution of brand positioning and serve as primary custodian across all platforms.
  • Translate high-level business goals into actionable, brand-building frameworks.
  • Lead new brand visual identity.
  • Lead high-profile national Masterbrand campaigns, including the Super Bowl.
  • Build culturally relevant brand platforms that deepen emotional connections with modern men.
  • Drive breakthrough, social-first campaigns designed to shape culture rather than respond to it.
  • Elevate the creative bar across every consumer touchpoint with bold ideas.
  • Champion breakthrough concepts capable of earning major creative effectiveness and industry awards.
  • Translate deep consumer curiosity into compelling, insight-driven brand narratives.
  • Represent the Master Brand agenda and influence senior stakeholders across North American and global forums.
  • Partner seamlessly across multiple internal functions to drive unified execution.
  • Manage, challenge, and inspire creative, strategy, and communications agency partners.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of brand-building or strategic marketing experience.
  • Strong background in developing brand equity, long-term communications strategies, and social-first marketing.
  • Outstanding creative judgment, deep consumer curiosity, and the ability to translate insights into compelling brand ideas.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple functions/markets and inspire creative, strategy, and communications agencies.
  • Genuine passion for culture, storytelling, and modern masculinity.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a creative, strategic, or communications agency (specifically in strategy or planning).
  • Experience delivering work recognized through creative effectiveness or industry awards.
  • Experience building global or iconic consumer brands.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $146,200 to $219,400. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.

This position is bonus eligible and also eligible for Long-Term Incentive (LTI).
