Our practice is known for combining strategic insight, creativity, and practical solutions in high-pressure, complex restructuring and dispute scenarios. We represent a wide variety of clients, from debtors and creditors to trustees, plan sponsors, and other key stakeholders, often on some of the most intricate matters in the market.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have experience in restructuring, including Chapter 11 cases, and representing debtors, creditors, and other stakeholders in complex corporate restructurings and bankruptcy proceedings. The role requires the ability to manage multiple high-profile matters simultaneously while working collaboratively within a team environment.

• Chapter 11 reorganizations
• Out-of-court workouts
• Corporate insolvencies and liquidations
• Secured and unsecured creditor matters
• Financial restructuring
• Complex litigation arising from distressed situations

Requirements

• Outstanding academic credentials
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Relevant law firm experience in restructuring or bankruptcy required
• J.D. required and must be admitted to the New York Bar

Pay

$220,000 - $350,000 per year
