Associate Auction Coordinator - Cookeville, TN (Part Time Opportunity)

Auction.com is transforming real estate by connecting buyers, sellers, and investors with innovative technology. As an Associate Auction Coordinator, you'll conduct, co-host, and participate in live auctions, educate customers, and help turn houses into homes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professionalism with customers and event staff.
• Produce auction day processes with varying asset volumes.
• Maintain event equipment and materials.
• Be a subject matter expert on customer resources.
• Communicate professionally and network effectively.
• Collect customer information using proprietary software.
• Auctioneer and track bids for varying asset volumes.
• Complete customer receipts and event reports.
• Identify and support process and technology efficiencies.
• Facilitate on-the-job training for event day roles.
• Contribute to scheduled training and team calls.
• Complete tasks with high quality, efficiency, and attention to detail.

• Has tech-savvy skills and excellent technical troubleshooting abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Has excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Has a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Can lift up to 50 pounds when needed.
• Can stand for long hours and work outside in all weather conditions.
• Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours to event locations in their personal vehicle.
