Responsibilities

• Represent clients in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings.
• Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Attend court hearings in person and virtually.
• Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
• Deliver responsive, client‑focused legal services in a high‑volume practice.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Virginia (Maryland license preferred).
• 4‑5+ years of experience; bankruptcy experience highly preferred.
• Experience working with creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, and related practice areas.
• Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and driven.
• Location: Office in Herndon, VA; remote position with local court‑related travel required.
