Requirements

• Take lead on toxic tort defense matters
• Manage discovery, motions, depositions, and expert work
• Prepare cases for trial and handle strategy with partners and clients
• Appear in court and manage hearings as needed
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be admitted to the California Bar and reside in-state
• 1+ years of litigation experience in toxic tort or willingness to learn toxic tort

$100,000 - $200,000 per year

Schedule

Billable Hours: 1800 depending on Salary Requirements (might go up from there)
