Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active New York Bar admission in good standing
- 5+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience required
- Must demonstrate a stable employment history; candidates who frequently change positions (“job hoppers”) will not be considered
- Candidates should have remained in their most recent position for at least 2 years
- Must live within approximately a 5‑10 mile radius of the office and be able to commute on‑site
- Strong interest in a long‑term opportunity is preferred
- Strong hands‑on experience managing plaintiff personal injury matters and committed to building a long‑term career with the firm
Skills
- Strong experience handling personal injury litigation from intake through resolution
- Excellent legal research, writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills
- Strong client communication and case‑management abilities
