About the role

LOGS Legal Group LLP, a pioneer in creditors’ rights law for nearly 50 years, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Pennsylvania Foreclosure team in a hybrid (Wayne, PA) setting. You will collaborate with industry leaders, use cutting‑edge technology, and help shape the future of creditors’ rights law. The role reports to a Managing Attorney, is full‑time exempt, and may involve court‑related travel.

Responsibilities

• Represent financial institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings.
• Manage case workflow and ensure compliance with client requirements, laws, and court rules.
• Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Attend court hearings both in‑person and virtually.
• Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
• Deliver responsive, client‑focused legal services in a high‑volume practice.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania (required).
• 3+ years of experience in foreclosure, replevin, evictions, or collections (preferred; all qualified applicants considered).
• Experience working in a foreclosure‑focused role.
• Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and driven.
• Preferred: multi‑state licensure, bankruptcy or collections experience, federal licensure.

Pay

$100,000 – $125,000 (range reflects qualifications and experience).
