About the role
We are a well-established and reputable firm that has been in business for 25+ years. We have offices in CT, MA, and RI and experience in many different practice areas. Due to growth we are hiring a Civil Litigation Attorney, preferably with insurance defense experience.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in civil litigation cases
- Prepare and present legal arguments in court
- Develop and manage case strategies
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to achieve favorable outcomes
Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school
- MA Bar Admission
- Experience in civil litigation
