Responsibilities
- Represent clients in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings.
- Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
- Attend court hearings in person and virtually.
- Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
- Deliver responsive, client‑focused legal services in a high‑volume practice.
Requirements
- Licensed in Indiana (required)
- 0‑3+ years of experience (all qualified applicants considered)
- Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and driven
- Bonus qualifications:
- Multi‑state licensure (plus if licensed in Kentucky or Ohio)
- Litigation, bankruptcy, or collections experience
- Federal licensure
- Location: Remote (local court‑related travel required)
