This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney looking for a collaborative culture, strong support, and flexibility with hybrid or fully remote work arrangements based on experience. Responsibilities Handle a diverse general liability defense caseload from inception through resolution.Manage litigation strategy, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and court appearances.Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, opposing counsel, and court personnel.Work independently while collaborating with a highly supportive legal team. Qualifications Active Nevada Bar admission.Experience practicing in general liability, insurance defense, or related litigation matters.Strong writing, analytical, and case management skills.Ability to manage files independently and efficiently.
