Associate Attorney – Family Law

About the role

The Law Office of Bryan Fagan seeks a courtroom-ready advocate with at least 2 years of dedicated Texas Family Law litigation experience. This position offers competitive earnings ranging from $75,000 to $130,000 per year, including a bonus structure with potential annual upside of $70,000.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact family law cases from intake to final decree
• Represent clients in Harris County and surrounding courts with confidence and clarity
• Litigate with excellence, conducting depositions, mediations, and First-Chair trials
• Provide counsel to clients navigating their toughest chapters with results-driven, compassionate representation

Requirements

• A valid Texas bar license for a minimum of 2 years
• At least 2 years of dedicated Texas Family Law litigation experience
• A fearless presence in the courtroom and the ability to manage a high-impact docket under pressure
• Experience in family law hearings and estate/guardianship proceedings
• Proficiency in Clio, TxDoc, Google Suite, and modern e-filing systems
