Responsibilities

  • Lead high-impact family law cases from contract to final decree with the full support of our marketing and administrative engine.
  • Drive contested divorces, complex SAPCR cases, and protective orders.
  • Represent clients in Montgomery County and surrounding courts with confidence and clarity.
  • Conduct depositions, mediations, and First-Chair trials using your deep knowledge of the Texas Family Code.
  • Help clients navigate their toughest chapters with results-driven, compassionate representation.

Requirements

  • A valid Texas bar license for a minimum of 2 years; bilingual is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of dedicated Texas Family Law litigation experience.
  • A fearless presence in the courtroom and the ability to manage a high-impact docket under pressure.
  • Highly organized advocate experienced in family law hearings, estate, and guardianship proceedings.
  • Proficiency in Clio, TxDoc, Google Suite, and modern e-filing systems.

Qualifications

  • Experience in initial consults, precision drafting of pleadings, and discovery.
  • Ability to bring energy and discipline to every stage of the litigation process.

Pay

$75,000 - $130,000 / year, plus a bonus structure with $70k+ annual upside.
